Enjoy many exciting cuisines, wine tastings, music and silent auctions.  Sponsors will enjoy a pre-event with JC Cognac VSOP tastings  and light hors d'oeuvres.

Valet parking is provided and included in the reservation.

Very seldom in community fund-raising does an event sparkle with so much potential to benefit all parties involved.

• For the many charities our foundation supports, Coeur de Cuisine™ will permit continued funding and expansion of worthwhile projects that improve our community's quality of life and health and education of our youth.
• For the California Center for the Arts, Coeur de Cuisine™ provides the occasion to host an upscale event that is a social and philanthropic highlight in North San Diego County.
• For the participating chefs and their restaurants, the wineries and other culinary hosts, Coeur de Cuisine™ provides a wonderful venue to showcase their talents and products.
• For our Escondido Rotary Club, Coeur de Cuisine™ becomes our annual signature fund-raising event that engages our 200-plus membership behind Rotary’s commitment to "Service Above Self."
