MISSION STATEMENT

Coeur De Cuisine is a yearly fundraising event within the Escondido Rotary Foundation. It is a nonprofit organization that strives to support education through scholarships.

The Coeur de Cuisine™ Culinary Scholarship enhances the future of young, up-and-coming chefs in San Diego County. Each year, Coeur de Cuisine™ holds a gala which includes top chefs, restaurants and vintners who, through their generous donations and their culinary expertise, allow us to assure our young chefs a culinary future!
