The Escondido Rotary Club & Foundation presents Coeur de Cuisine TM - Vintage 2010
Proceeds will benefit charities of the Escondido Rotary Foundation
The 7th Annual Coeur de Cuisine TM will be an evening "gourmet gala'" featuring cuisine and wine pairings from leading restaurants and wineries throughout North San Diego and the San Diego region. Up to 30 renowned local chefs will be preparing and presenting their signature dishes along with many San Diego Wineries and Selected Purveyors of Spirits and Beer. Each year, almost 500 local Rotarians, business, professional and governmental leaders join with friends of our community to support the philanthropic objectives and efforts of the Rotary Club of Escondido. The event is being held on Sunday, February 28th from 5pm to 8pm at the California Center for the Arts. Proceeds from the evening will benefit charities supported by the Escondido Rotary Foundation a California 501(c)3 non-profit TIN 33-0063533. Last year, proceeds from this event supported:
• 25 local community projects who received $36,000 in grants.
• 12 vocational projects promoting education, speech, ethics, service, leadership and scholarships were selected to receive $49,000
• 4 areas for international support included projects for Polio eradication, microcredit loans, literacy, water and health, disaster recovery to receive $23,000.
